Earlier this week, the Las Vegas Raiders fired their head coach, Antonio Pierce. It was a move that seemed to be in the cards for a while, and it's not the only major move that was made.

With Mike Vrabel going to the Patirots, there are now just five teams with head coach openings — Raiders, Jets, Bears, Jaguars, and Saints.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion reportedly has been very involved in Las Vegas' search to replace Antonio Pierce.

The Las Vegas Raiders are looking for their next head coach and minority owner Tom Brady is very involved in the search. He's competitive and wants the team to hire the best coach available because he wants to help turn this thing around.
