Qualcomm has a new chip for flagship phones, and the best part is that it uses an improved version of the Oryon CPU architecture that the Snapdragon X Elite chips brought to Windows PCs earlier this year.

At the Snapdragon Summit 2024, held from October 21 to 23 in Maui, Hawaii, Qualcomm officially introduced the Snapdragon 8 Elite, marking a significant shift in naming conventions by departing from the "Gen" series models.
