If you can imagine the Audi Q4 e-tron in its SUV guise and then press down firmly on the roof, then you get the Sportback version of the car. It’s sleeker and looks more dynamic, but it’s less practical and costs more than its SUV stablemate.

The 2025 Audi Q6 E-Tron electric compact crossover is due in U.S. showrooms later this year, and will be joined next year by a more dynamically styled Q6 Sportback E-Tron that Audi revealed on Monday at the 2024 Paris auto show in both Q6 E-Tron and sportier SQ6 E-Tron guises.

With five model variations now available, the Q6 Sportback E-tron quattro and SQ6 Sportback E-tron will launch in the latter half of 2025, boasting top speeds of 130 mph and 143 mph, along with an estimated range of 300 miles.

The Audi Q6 Sportback e-tron offers two battery options, with ranges of up to 656 km and 545 km. The performance variant reaches 0-100 kmph in 4.3 seconds. It features an 800-volt system for quick charging and a five-star safety rating.
