ATLANTA - Gov. Brian Kemp is scheduled to deliver his State of the State address before the Georgia Assembly at 11 a.m. Thursday. During his address, Kemp will outline his goals for 2025.

It would revise rules that govern lawsuits which he said are raising insurance rates and costs for businesses.
