The White Sox signed catcher Omar Narvaez to a minor league contract with an invite to spring training.

As the MLB offseason rolls on, a familiar name for New York Mets fans has found a new home on the South Side of Chicago.  As reported first on X.com by FanSided

The Chicago White Sox have added Martín Pérez to their rotation, agreeing to a one-year contract with the veteran left-hander, according to a person with direct knowledge of the negotiations.

Narvaez spent the first three years of his career on the South Side and now returns to where it all began. He's a one-time All-Star.
