Austin-based identity security company SailPoint Inc. went public Feb. 13 and raised about $1.38 billion in an initial public offering that grew in price in recent days, Bloomberg reported. That came a day after the company announced the pricing of its upsized IPO of 60 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $23 per share.

Austin-based cybersecurity firm SailPoint said it is aiming for a valuation as high as $11.5 billion for its upcoming IPO.

SailPoint Inc. and a group of shareholders including its main backer, Thoma Bravo, raised $1.38 billion in an enlarged initial public offering for the enterprise security software company, pricing shares at the top of a marketed range.
