Snow fell overnight across Vermont and Northern New York, leaving many across our region with a light covering of snow on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. See the unofficial spotter totals from the National Weather Service in Burlington below.

Jacksonville's Martin Luther King Jr. Day parade Monday has been postponed because of expected cold temperatures.

Temperatures could feel as cold as 25 degrees between 10 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. Monday, the National Weather Service says. It recommends Oregonians in the coverage area make sure they’re covering any exposed skin and keep pets indoors as much as possible.
