Greater Good Charities and the San Diego Humane Society transported 50 animals to Oregon to aid pets displaced by Los Angeles fires.

Greater Good Charities is transporting approximately 50 adoptable pets from the San Diego Humane Society to the Oregon Humane Society to help support shelters in the Greater Los Angeles area affected by the wildfires.

As catastrophic fires continue to rage in Southern California, destroying homes and prompting evacuation orders, animal shelters in the area are struggling with a wave of new arrivals, forcing many of them to seek help from sister shelters and rescues outside the region.
