A Canton man is dead after being shot by an 18-year-old woman, according to police. Chief John Gabbard said around 11:30 a.m.
The victim has been identified as 30-year-old Shawn Hawkins. The teen accused of shooting him has been charged with murder.
Police detectives identified the suspect as 18-year-old Money Baccus, who was arrested by the Canton Police Special Investigations Unit and the U.S. Marshals Task Force in Akron on Wednesday evening.
