A woman charged in connection with the shooting death of a Border Patrol agent in Vermont is now being held in New Hampshire.

Frandy Arias Zapata, 23, and Eduardo Garcia, 24, are expected to be arraigned in Portsmouth District Court on March 24, officials said Tuesday.
