One person was killed and another seriously injured in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 40 in Oldham County on Wednesday ... on that was heading west, the Texas Department of Public Safety said.

The man was identified as German Portillo-Bartes, 59, of Richmond, Texas. A driver found his body lying on the shoulder of the rest stop access road just off of Interstate 40 near Ozark.
