Portsmouth's Heritage Avenue post office will become a new sorting and delivery center for mail in several Seacoast towns.

A former Billings U.S. Postal Service worker pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court to one charge of theft of mail by an employee, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said in a news release.

Sens. Cynthia Lummis and John Barrasso, and Rep. Harriet Hageman, all R-Wyo., have introduced the bipartisan and bicameral Postal Operations Stay Timely and Local (POSTAL) Act.
