PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) — It’s that time of year when people make resolutions for the coming year, eat too much food for the holidays, and judges within the 10th Circuit get their new assignments.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit ... and Wyoming. The circuit also has a process for screening and adjudicating misconduct complaints against federal judges within its jurisdiction.
