A water main break overnight in a southwest Minneapolis neighborhood caused major damage to properties, displacing residents and temporarily closing businesses. Bring Me The News was near the intersection of 50th Street West and Penn Avenue Thursday morning, where city cleanup crews were active.

All residents parking on Oliver Avenue South have been notified as the water might freeze cars to the street if they are not moved soon.
