Javris Butts' preliminary exam is entering its fourth day as prosecutors prepare to deliver closing arguments after calling numerous witnesses to testify about the disappearance and alleged murder of Na'Ziyah Harris.

A judge says there is enough evidence to send Jarvis Butts to trial after hearing four days of testimony in the case of Na'Ziyah Harris, who disappeared exactly one year ago from the preliminary hearing's conclusion.

After a four day preliminary exam and 23 witnesses, Jarvis Butts was ordered to stand trial for murder, sexual assault of Harris, 13.
