The 2024-25 NFL regular season has officially come to a close, and for 14 teams, the focus shifts to extending their season, while the remaining teams will be looking toward the right players and coaches to change their fortunes heading into next year.

Oddly, the Rams saw their playoff spot clinched Sunday night by Washington’s win over Atlanta. The Rams are NFC West champs, regardless of what happens against the Seahawks in Week 18. They have won five in a row and six of their last seven. They have won their last three despite not scoring 20 points in any of those games.

The Giants lost to an Eagles team that rested double-digit regulars. The organization must be thrilled that the win against the Colts in Week 17 will end up costing them the first overall pick in the draft.

The Ravens easily won their Week 16 rematch, but that was with Pickens sidelined as both teams navigated a three-game, 11-day gauntlet. Tomlin, of course, owns the Ravens. Pittsburgh holds a shocking 8-2 advantage against its bitter rival this decade.
