A 14-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of a schoolboy who was stabbed in Birmingham this week. 12-year-old Leo Ross was found injured near Scribers Lane, Hall Green at around 3.40pm on Tuesday (January 21) and later died in hospital at around 7.30pm.
