Ashland Police said officers responded to the railroad tracks at the intersection of England Street and Railroad Avenue around 3:30 a.m. for the report of a crash involving a train and a car.

Norfolk Southern Railroad responded to the crash, which occurred at around 1:20 a.m. The vehicle was abandoned by the driver and left on the train tracks. There were no injuries reported.
