Apple's release notes for the iOS 18.2 and iPadOS 18.2 developer betas are available on Apple's website, but they don't list all the new features. And there's quite a few in this release, so here's an overview (focusing on Apple Intelligence).

In addition to ChatGPT integration, Apple’s latest developer beta includes its Visual Intelligence tool. Available for the iPhone 16 line via the new Camera Control button, Visual Intelligence will allow you to point your camera at, say, a restaurant and immediately get information like its hours of operation and reviews.
