The California Highway Patrol arrested a man for allegedly brandishing a weapon during an apparent road rage incident on Interstate 80 in Emeryville last month.

A Benicia man accused of brandishing a replica AR-15-style rifle during a road rage incident in Oakland last month was arrested Tuesday, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The investigation found the suspect was driving over 100 MPH in a residential area when he lost control of the vehicle, the DA's office said.
