A man accused of driving “recklessly” in a stolen tow truck with the operator “hanging onto the back” was convicted of assault and other charges after a trial, Oregon prosecutors said.

Among those is House Bill 115. If passed, it would allow tow truck drivers to turn on blue lights when responding to a crash. Tow truck driver Bubba Johnson is the man behind House Bill 115.
