The leader of a St. Louis-area county is resigning his government position to join business group Greater St. Louis Inc.

"I know my teammates expect me to shoot the shot when I'm open, so I just let it fly," Darrell Crump said.

Tim Brinker has served as the county's presiding commissioner since 2018 and has also held leadership roles with East-West Gateway and the Missouri Association of Counties.
