U.S. Coast Guard has requested additional details about moving the vessel, and no new departure date has been set.

According to Okaloosa County Public Information Officer Nick Tomecek, the delay was due to "follow-up details" requested by the USCG to ensure a proper tow from Pier 82 to Pier 80 in Philadelphia.
