The man, identified as Joshua Russell Morrow, 42, was wanted for two counts of first-degree murder and one count of first-degree arson in connection to the fire that occurred on Spring Valley Drive.

Joshua Morrow, 42, was arrested at a home in the 900 block of 23rd Street in Huntington about 2 a.m. Friday morning without incident, according to West Virginia State Police First Sgt. B.K. Wellman.
