The Australian redclaw crayfish invaded Texas waters in 2022 but has become a growing concern, according to Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.

The Hans & Pat Suter Wildlife Refuge is located near historic Indigenous burial grounds. A non-profit hopes to add art reflecting this.
