Earlier this month, the Titans interviewed McKenzie for their general manager position and he was reportedly considered a favorite for the role before Tennessee hired former Chiefs executive Mike Borgonzi instead. But now McKenzie is headed to Nashville anyway.

As the NFL offseason continues, the Titans continue to build their front office and added former Dolphins exec Reggie McKenzie.

Yesterday it was reported that the Tennessee Titans have added two more guys to their front office staff. Dave Ziegler will be the assistant general manager and Reggie McKenzie in a “key, senior scouting role” per Ian Rapoport.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Titans are set to hire Dolphins executive Reggie McKenzie in a senior scouting role with the team. The Titans actually interviewed McKenzie for their GM vacancy a few weeks ago before settling on Mike Borgonzi.
