CARROLL COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — A 79-year-old woman is dead after a car crash in Carroll County on Tuesday. According to the Virginia State Police, a single-vehicle crash happened on February 4 just before 8 p.m. on Pipers Gap Road.

A woman is dead following a single-vehicle car crash in Carroll County, Virginia State Police said. VSP said a 2005 Nissan was heading eastbound on the 2300 block of Pipers Gap Road around 7:55 p.m. on Tuesday before it went off the right side of the road.
