American Electric Power has become the second major central Ohio employer this month to announce that workers must return to the office.

American Electric Power Co. Inc. will return to a five-day, in-office work schedule June 1, according to the spokesperson, ending its current three-day-a-week hybrid schedule. The move encompasses the company's downtown, Gahanna and New Albany offices, in addition to other facilities.
