The Oregon sneaker brand’s subsidiary Jumpman is all set to commemorate its 40th anniversary next year with the re-release of its famous Air Jordan 1 High “Shattered Backboard” variation.

According to @zSneakerheadz on Instagram, the "French Blue" Air Jordan 12 will return to shelves next summer. The style originally released in April 2004 and was intended to be a Wizards-inspired color scheme for Michael Jordan's final run in Washington. Jordan would retire in 2003, however, a year before the sneaker's release.

These 1996-inspired Air Jordans bring back a classic, commemorated design with updated details to make these shoes even more comfortable and long lasting.
