Tim Roth, Ed Harris, and Jessica Lange are among the high-profile names that have been confirmed as guests at this year's Glasgow Film Festival. The Scottish festival announced its full 2025 guest list this afternoon.

Glasgow Film Festival will feature 13 world and European premieres, 66 UK premieres and 12 Scottish premieres from 38 countries.

GSFF25 will open with the world premiere of Alex Hetherington’s experimental documentary about the founder of Scottish queer club night Hot Mess.

Meanwhile, Line of Duty star Martin Compston will be joined by James Cosmo and Solly McLeod at the world premiere of the first episode of new Amazon Studios-produced thriller Fear, which was shot in Glasgow's West End. This year's GFF is also set to welcome a host of famous names from behind the camera.

Tickets for the opening and closing galas (£14-17) go on sale at 10am on Wednesday, January 22. The full programme goes on sale to CineCard holders at 10am on Thursday, January 23, and 10am on Monday, January 27 to the general public. Standard tickets cost £12.

Glasgow Film Festival runs at the Glasgow Film Theatre and venues across the city from February 26 to March 9.
