The Green Bay City Council on Tuesday will consider whether to approve planned unit developments on two projects on the property — bounded by South Ridge Road, Thorndale Street, Frank Street and Lombardi Avenue — after the city Plan Commission gave its OK on Jan. 13.

The Port of Green Bay has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to identify entities interested in collaborating with Brown County on development opportunities at the former Pulliam Plant site, acquired by the county in 2022.

The parcel, currently zoned general industrial, may be divided into sections to maximize funding and provide options for multiple users.

Some residents fear the character of their neighborhood will be ruined, but the City Council unanimously approved the developments.
