Former congressman and CNN regular Joe Walsh bashed the cable network on social media, Thursday, after reports that host Jim Acosta will be removed from his time slot.

Former Republican Rep. Joe Walsh (Ill.) criticized CNN over a decision to do away with a morning newscast anchored by Jim Acosta as part of a major overhaul of the network’s programming announced this week.

The former White House correspondent was once banned from the briefing room by the Trump administration. CNN wants to move his program to midnight.
