After years of fans complaining about the Riot Shield, it looks like the devs of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 are taking pity. The full list of launch weapons for the upcoming FPS is here, and the controversial shield is nowhere to be found.

Over the last few Call of Duty games, the riot shield has met with consistent calls for it to be either nerfed or pulled from the game. It’s a particular favorite of the Modern Warfare sub-brand, appearing in last year’s Modern Warfare 3,

It's been confirmed that the version of Nuketown that will be featured in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be the original from the first Black Ops game. Since the hugely popular Sh
