United Rentals has agreed to acquire H&E Equipment Services for $92 a share, which would more than double the smaller rental company's market capitalization to $3.37 billion. The Stamford, Conn.-based equipment-rental company said Tuesday that it intends to commence a tender offer later this month to buy all outstanding H&E shares for $92 in cash,
