Dec 13, 2024 · Per the attached screenshot (below), since installing the Windows 11 24H2 update, when I click on the three dots in the File Explorer menu bar ("..." aka "See More"), those options quickly appear and then scroll up to the top of the screen and out of sight. Only the final two options ("Properties" and "Options") remain displayed.

Oct 30, 2013 · Just so folks know what I have already done, I have already attempted to dim the screen by using the keyboard dim screen controls (Fn + F4) and by going into Control Panel\Hardware and Sounds\Power Options.
