FedEx keeps failing to pick up my package - Reddit
Nov 20, 2020 · As of this writing there are still about 4 hours left in the pickup window for today, but I'm not confident at all that things are going to be any different today. I don't want to call customer service again just to get a new pickup scheduled or some empty promise that my package will be picked up tomorrow.

When my package arrived I asked the driver to take the package for me. I didn’t realize at the time that FedEx ground and express worked differently.

May 13, 2021 · That would be a Ground label and would be picked up by a Ground driver. You can either call the 1.800 number and tell the agent you have a ground PRP label and they can help schedule a pickup. Or you can book one using your account as long as you select ground.

Jul 20, 2023 · When I googled it, it looks like in Canada they charge $4 for sameday pickup, $3 for scheduled future pickup - but if you call, maybe see if you can speak to a person and find out if that's covered, if you can pay it yourself by some method, or if you must drop it off. It may be worth the $3 to have them pick it up (no brainer for me).
