May 10, 2019 · I'm on ozempic, but I think it doesn't replace a low carb diet. I think the diet comes first and the meds are second. Unless the pancreas has failed and not producing much insulin. Then I think for me, either the ozempic is a waste of time, or the pancreas is working and the insulin injections could be covering a too high of a carb diet.
