A big difference between the F-16 and XB-1 is that the F-16 is designed for agile manoeuvring at sub sonic speeds, although it is supersonic capable, it is not its “mission”.

Meaning only very high paying passenger would be ready to pay for it. That means that it will be limited, if it has the range, to business capitals. But even then... Neither do I, though the do seem to have hit more strides than the average startup flop, with the xb-1 nearing completion iirc.
