The 49ers got the win in front of a sold-out home crowd of 17,000 on the back of a school-record 308 rushing yards. The Oct. 5 victory makes the 49ers 3-3 and undefeated in conference play.

May 31, 2018 · The Charlotte men's soccer team traveled to Philadelphia, Pa., on Sept. 21 and took down the Temple University Owls 1-0 in their conference opener. Charlotte entered the match strong, boasting a 4-0-2 record, while Temple stood at 2-3-2. As of Sept. 24, Charlotte has climbed to No. 9 in the national rankings.
